As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a tech-focused location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible throughout the property. Your role will involve conducting routine patrols, engaging with clients and staff, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and monitor for unusual situations. Maintain clear and professional communication with team members, clients, and visitors. Complete required reports and logs related to incidents, patrols, and daily activities as directed by Allied Universal supervision. Observe and report any security-related hazards, irregularities, or incidents to Allied Universal management or client representatives as required. Assist visitors and employees with directions and site information while maintaining a strong Allied Universal presence at the location. Follow all site-specific procedures and protocols as instructed by Allied Universal supervision and client guidelines. Minimum Requirements : Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
