Administrative Coordinator – Construction / EHS Support

Compensation : $32.50 – $35.00 / hr | 12–24 Month Assignment
Position Overview
SAVI EHS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support a large construction project. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong administrative, communication, and technical skills. The Coordinator will assist the project team by managing documentation, maintaining records, tracking supplies, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
This is not a field safety role—rather, it is a key office-based position supporting the EHS team through coordination, reporting, and cross-functional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative workflows to support EHS leadership and project teams.
- Take accurate meeting minutes , distribute notes, and track follow-up action items.
- Serve as a communication bridge between departments, subcontractors, and site leadership.
- Maintain and update multiple tracking sheets, logs, and databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Use Excel and other platforms to support reporting, documentation, and schedule management.
- Manage supply inventories, order materials, and coordinate equipment needs for the site.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, training sessions, orientations, and special events.
- Oversee document control, file organization, and version management for EHS and project documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communications as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Provide general administrative support across the project team.
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is a strong plus.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative support role; construction or industrial experience preferred.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including formulas, filtering, pivots, and reporting.Experience with time-tracking platforms, scheduling systems, or project management tools.Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and requests simultaneously.Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to interface with all levels of personnel.Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.Positive, professional attitude with a focus on teamwork and reliability.OSHA 30 and Procore knowledge preferred but not required.
