The Opportunity
Philanthropy Roundtable seeks a strategic, mission-aligned leader to serve as Senior Director, Philanthropic Networks & Programming —a key role driving engagement with donors, foundation leaders, and rising philanthropic talent.
This person will build vibrant peer networks of liberty-minded donors and foundation executives, curate high-impact content and convenings, and ensure the Roundtable remains deeply attuned to the evolving priorities of its audience.
We are looking for a leader who brings exceptional relationship fluency, insight into philanthropic dynamics, and the discernment to create meaningful programming that speaks to some of the most thoughtful and entrepreneurial change-makers in the country.
This is a highly collaborative position that reports to the Senior Vice President, Programs & Strategic Initiatives. The role is based in Washington, D.C., with hybrid flexibility (remote Mondays and Fridays) and less than 5% travel. This role will report to the Senior Vice President, Programs & Strategic Initiatives.

We ’ re seeking a mission-aligned leader who combines strategic thinking, audience fluency, and a deep understanding of philanthropic dynamics. This role requires an ability to speak the language of philanthropic executives and program staff —understanding their strategic priorities and translating them into resonant programming and engagement pathways. You thrive on building relationships and communities, and you know how to translate insight into action.

Key Outcomes
Salary : The projected annual salary range is $155,000-$175,000, contingent upon the specific skills and experience of the selected candidate.
