Job Description :
The Field Clerk will be responsible for supporting the operations of the company by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth workflow. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of various administrative documents including reports, correspondence, and records.
Manage office supplies and ensure that all necessary materials are available for daily operations.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
Provide support to the team by handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in a clerical or administrative role is a plus.
