Must have a high school diploma or higher. Experience in customer service beneficial. Able to function as a polite and cooperative team member with a positive attitude. Good oral and written communication skills with patients and insurance companies. Able to multitask, work independently and as a self starter. Familiarity with insurance and third-party reimbursement preferred. Computer skills are necessary. Able to carry 15-25 pounds. Must be clean and neat in personal appearance.
