About the Role

The Company is seeking a Hospice Executive Director to lead and oversee all aspects of hospice operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for business and clinical operations, business development, financial control, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. This role requires a minimum of 2-3 years' hospice program leadership experience and a background as an Executive Director, Administrator, or Director of Clinical Operations. Strong skills in operations, growth strategy, and clinical operations are essential, as is experience with budgetary responsibilities and a broad knowledge of federal and state regulations.

Applicants for the Hospice Executive Director position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in nursing, health care, or business administration, and a minimum of 2 years' in health care management, with a focus on hospice or related health programs. The role demands a leader with outstanding managerial, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve, make decisions, and assertively manage a fast-paced environment. Experience in operations and / or sales leadership, as well as a proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships in the community and with key staff, are also required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospice, with intimate knowledge of Medicare / Medicaid and Department of Aging and Disability Services regulations, and be adept at process analysis, improvement planning, and change management.
