Electrical Designer

A specialized electrical engineering consulting firm is looking for an Electrical Designer to help them create innovative and efficient electrical solutions at their Sacramento, CA location. Your expertise will support the engineers and project managers, ensuring high-quality design and implementation of electrical systems.

Your Day Includes

• Performing electrical design calculations for low / medium voltage power distribution systems, lighting, security / fire systems, and data / telecommunications systems.
• Coordinating project assignments with engineers, project managers, and management.
• Reviewing drawings from vendors, clients, engineers, and architects, recommending necessary changes.
• Researching code issues and collaborating with City, State, and County officials.
• Documenting design options and findings for engineers, project managers, and management.
