The Nurse Practitioners we seek are those with direct experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner who focuses on patient care rather than volume, taking the necessary time to genuinely address patient needs.

Qualifications

Pay Rate

The minimum pay rate is USD $118,094.90 per year, and the maximum pay rate is USD $144,279.00 per year.

Pay Transparency

Compensation packages are customized based on individual factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related criteria.
