A Dynamics CRM developer builds, customizes, and implements Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) applications to meet specific business needs, using a combination of out-of-the-box tools and custom code. Their work includes customizing entities, forms, and views, automating processes with workflows, and developing server-side plugins and client-side JavaScript to extend the platform's functionality and enhance user experience

• Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Platform : Deep knowledge of the customer engagement platform.
• Customization Tools : Familiarity with forms, views, entities, and other OOB customization tools.
• Programming Languages : C#, JavaScript for server-side and client-side development.
• Web Resources : Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web resources.
• Plugins and Workflow Activities : Developing custom server-side logic and extendable workflows.
• Dataverse SDK : Using the SDK to interact with the underlying data platform
