ID : 69395971 Shift : 19 : 00-07 : 00 Description : RN - L&D (707) - Mountain Ridge MC - 7P - 7A Unit Information : (L&D / 707) Location : North Suburban MC Grant Street Floor : 3rd Building : NSMC General Information Tell us about the unit(s) : Number of Beds -14 LDRPs and 2 ORs Number of Staff 60 Type of staff : Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) 1 charge RN, 2-3 LD RNs and 2-3 PP RNs Night Shift same as day shift Patient Ratios 1 : 1 to 1 : 2 max for LD and 3 : 1 for PP per AWHONN guidelines Type of equipment Beacon EMR CPN and Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Labor and delivery experience Must have postpartum experienceMust have NBSTA and DORA Certifications Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. LDRP experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Versions, C / Sections, vaginal assisted deliveries D&C s Best personality Fit : Flexible, Adaptable, kind and NO DRAMA NO DRAMA Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
