Speech Language Therapist - 13-Week Contract | Pueblo, CO

Weekly Pay : Up to $2,326 (Travel) | Local Pay : Up to $55 / hr

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment in a rehabilitation setting in Pueblo, CO. This role offers the potential for temp-to-perm placement and the opportunity to make a real impact in patients' lives.

Assignment Details :

• Length of Assignment : 13 weeks
• Hours : 40 hours per week
• Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
• Setting : Rehab

Compensation (Travelers) :

• Taxable Rate : $27.00 / hour
• Lodging Stipend : $770.00 / week
• Meals Stipend : $476.00 / week
• Total Weekly Gross : $2,326.00

Local Candidates :

• Pay up to $55.00 per hour , depending on experience

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to patients with communication, language, articulation, voice, and fluency disorders
• Work with patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, or other neurological conditions
• Maintain detailed patient records and progress reports
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and exercises
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning

Requirements :

• Active state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
• BLS Certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehab setting
