Maintenance Technician Injection Molding | 2nd & 3rd Shift | $20$27 / hr
Location : Stafford, TX
Pay : $20$25 / hour (DOE) + Shift Differentials
- 2nd Shift : +$1.00 / hr (2 : 45pm11 : 15pm)
- 3rd Shift : +$2.00 / hr (10 : 45pm7 : 15am)

Key Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot and repair injection molding equipment and automation systemsRead and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematicsPerform preventive maintenance on machinery, grinders, extruders, and conveyorsMaintain and repair building systems including HVAC , air compressors, plumbing, and electricalConduct equipment inspections for leaks, wear, or malfunctionsWeld, run electrical, perform basic plumbing, and general mechanical workCommunicate effectively with team leads and supervisorsKeep work areas clean and organized according to company standardsQualifications :
3+ years of maintenance experience with injection molding machineryStrong mechanical skills including knowledge of automation, pumps, valves, VFDs, and PLCsAble to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and safelyMust be familiar with grinders, conveyors, and extrudersBasic welding and plumbing experience requiredCapable of reading technical blueprints and schematicsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be reliable with 98%+ attendance recordAbility to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftBilingual a plus, but not requiredWilling to work overtime and weekends as neededWork Schedule :
