Field Crew Supervisor

Seeking a Field Crew Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Meridian MS.

Pay is between $30 - $35 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead field crews on multifaceted construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills hands-on technical expertise and the ability to manage projects from start to finish while maintaining safety quality and budgetary standards.

Responsibilities :

• Lead supervise and mentor field crews on construction projects within correctional facilities.
• Oversee daily jobsite operations ensuring work is completed safely efficiently and to quality standards.
• Manage project budgets schedules timelines and resources.
• Coordinate with project managers subcontractors and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform hands-on tasks as needed including welding and the use of hand tools such as grinders.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot site issues and provide timely solutions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain accurate daily logs progress reports and documentation.
