Position Summary : Under the direct supervision of the Pharmacy Support Manager, pack and ship prescriptions following all shipping procedures.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Accurately pack and ship prescription orders for Eagle Pharmacy in a timely manner.
• Follow all procedures and each step on the packing and shipping checklist when packaging or shipping an order.
• Responsible for stocking freezers with ice packs.
• Respect and maintain confidentiality guidelines of HIPAA.
• Responsible for keeping area clean and adequately stocked with boxes and supplies.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for other duties as assigned by Eagle Management.

Environmental / Working conditions :

This position requires prolonged standing. In addition, this position requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment, including the operation of standard computer and phone equipment. May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers / clients and employees. This position may be required to work long hours.
