About the Position
The Telecommunications Programmer Analyst Senior-Lead analyzes, evaluates, and maintains systems including data network, voice systems, commercial cellular equipment, public safety wireless and / or video communications systems. Incumbents conduct analytical studies to define problems, identify deficiencies, and recommend solutions that impact the enterprise and user unit effectiveness. This position has the highest level of technical expertise, works on complex assignments requiring considerable independent discretion and judgment, and may act as a lead providing training and guidance to Technology Bureau staff.
