About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to lead and inspire the nursing team, driving clinical excellence and outstanding patient experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring that organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards are met. This leadership role involves mentoring and developing nursing staff, optimizing departmental processes, and enhancing OR throughput to guarantee efficiency and exceptional patient care. The Chief Nursing Officer will also be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration, as well as in identifying and implementing innovative solutions to support the organization's initiatives. Ideal candidates for the Chief Nursing Officer position at the company will have a strong clinical and operational background, with a hands-on, visible leadership style and a positive, collaborative attitude. A dedication to quality and process-improvement initiatives is essential. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred, and an active RN license. Prior leadership experience at a minimum of the Director level, Critical Access Hospital experience, and union experience are also preferred. The Chief Nursing Officer will play a pivotal role in the organization, and as such, the ability to lead, inspire, and transform the nursing team is of utmost importance.
