Ideal candidates for the Chief Nursing Officer position at the company will have a strong clinical and operational background, with a hands-on, visible leadership style and a positive, collaborative attitude. A dedication to quality and process-improvement initiatives is essential. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred, and an active RN license. Prior leadership experience at a minimum of the Director level, Critical Access Hospital experience, and union experience are also preferred. The Chief Nursing Officer will play a pivotal role in the organization, and as such, the ability to lead, inspire, and transform the nursing team is of utmost importance.
