Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the community under the direction of the Community Manager and to assume responsibility for the community in the Community Manager’s absence.

Supervisory Responsibilities
In the Community Manager’s absence, oversee community operations as directed.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and / or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; and effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, residents, clients, and team members.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Training, Certificates, Licenses and Designations
Fair Housing certification must be completed within 1 day of hire. Prevention of Sexual Harassment, Workplace Harassment, and Drug‑Free Workplace courses must be completed within 7 days of hire.
Reasoning Ability
Use common sense to carry out detailed, but uncomplicated written or oral instructions. Handle problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Fair Housing Certification required within 1 day of hire.
Physical Demands
Regular use of hands to finger, handle, or feel; frequent standing, walking, sitting, and reaching. Occasional climbing or balancing; stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Occasional lifting and / or moving of up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
Work Environment
Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Moderate noise level.
