Inside Sales - Full-Time (In-Office)

About the Role
We're looking for a confident, people-focused Inside Salesperson to re-engage with homeowners who haven't yet committed after their initial appointment. You'll be the bridge between our sales team and potential customers, following up, uncovering objections, working to close deals over the phone, and nurturing our customer pipeline.
This role is phone-heavy and perfect for someone who's persuasive, sharp, and loves helping people feel confident in their decisions - especially when it comes to one of their biggest investments : their home.

Contact homeowners within 72 hours of their sales appointment.
Speak to customer concerns with confidence and empathy.
Work to close the deal during the call when possible.
Track no-sale reasons and provide reports on common trends.
Ensure every lead feels respected, heard, and valued - regardless of outcome.
