Technology Collaboration Services Specialist
Cooley is seeking a Technology Collaboration Services Specialist to join the Platforms & Applications team.

The Collaboration technology team enables effective adoption and usage of the firm's enterprise AI and collaboration technology tools, overseeing the pilot testing, rollout, adoption, and ongoing support of these tools within the rules and policies set by the firm's Information Governance group. The Technology Collaboration Services Specialist will deliver key initiatives related to the pilot testing, roadmap, adoption, user awareness, and support strategy for these platforms, including Enterprise AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, and / or ChatGPT) and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Box, Diligent, Liquid Files, and others). Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, the Specialist will help identify and prioritize use cases, coordinate user pilot testing, support the adoption of these tools, and ensure governance standards are met in collaboration with the firm's Information Governance and Training teams. Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
Position responsibilities :
- Fulfill intake of enterprise AI and collaboration requests
- Decide the proper routing and planning for requests, in close collaboration with Technology, Practice Innovation and Practice Engagement teams, to ensure custom or bespoke solutions are handled appropriately
- Identify and develop strategic adoption campaigns to improve collaboration and enterprise AI tool usage based on product roadmaps and industry trends
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine support strategies for both collaboration and enterprise AI platforms in response to user feedback and market standards
- Coordinate user pilot testing for enterprise AI tools and assist in collecting and synthesizing feedback to inform firmwide rollout decisions
- Support development of user guidance, training materials, and internal communication campaigns for new enterprise AI and collaboration solutions, in partnership with the Training team
- Ensure adherence to the firm's information governance policies in the use of collaboration and enterprise AI systems
- Deliver programs to promote the continuous improvement of features and best practices for collaboration and enterprise AI technologies
- Develop and deliver system reports and usage metrics to inform support and adoption strategies and roadmap decisions
- Deliver a feedback program focused on actionable system and user insights, reporting to relevant colleagues and department leadership at regular intervals
- Work closely with other technical colleagues and subject matter experts in both staff and legal roles in the coordination of initiatives related to collaboration and enterprise AI platforms
- Coordinate with appropriate technical stakeholders on infrastructure needs, including storage, deployment methodologies and optimization recommendations.

The expected annual pay range for this position with a full-time schedule is $90,000 - $130,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate. Senior level candidates may be considered for this position and would be eligible for a higher salary range based on experience.
