Office Manager
Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager with at least 2 years of experience in commercial construction. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple projects and supporting both field and office teams. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following :

Project setup and document controlReview owner contracts to understand deadlines and requirementsManage and oversee the lifecycle of subcontractsHandle job specific accounting functions, accounts payable and receivable, and project close outAct as the point of contact for facilitating essential communication and job specific formsFollow up on projects / tasks to ensure action items are completedCreate and analyze financial reportsAssist in cost managementAssist in project compliance and auditing payrollPerform general administrative duties, including organization, jobsite support, coding invoices for the office, event planning and fleet coordinationCommunicating with and support craft employees, including, but not limited to, hiring within internal system, entering benefits, per diem, weekly payroll / entering time, and apprenticeship programAssist in coordinating internal and external trainingsParticipate in the planning and execution of company eventsManage purchasing card program within regionRequired Skills and Abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to identify and resolve complex issuesTeam player with the ability to remain flexible with day-to-day tasksAbility to think critically and prioritize work tasksProficient in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of Bluebeam and CMiC a plusA strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitudeEducation and Experience
