The ideal candidate will possess the following :

• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
• 1-3 years of experience in LTL, distribution / logistics, transportation or operations management
• Proven track record of managing resources and efficiencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of computer systems and handheld scanning technology
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel is required
• Desire to succeed and possess a winners mindset
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time and work a flexible schedule
