RIGHT AT HOME , an award-winning in-home care assistance agency is looking for Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists to join our fantastic team!

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Physical Therapists / Occupational Therapists to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in physical therapy or Occupational Therapy with a focus on providing high-quality care to patients across various settings, including geriatrics, orthopedics, and acute care. This role requires expertise in anatomy knowledge and medical terminology, along with the ability to follow effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Rate applies to visits up to 2 hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical, cognitive and sensory abilities.
• Implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to promote recovery and improve functionalities.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options and preventative measures.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals within home community care environments to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical standards.
• Stay updated on advancements in therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Communicate with office staff effectively in cases of emergency or concern

Compensation : $75.00 per hour
