Job Full Description

We are currently looking for a Part-time Bookkeeper for a prestigious law firm located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This position has opportunity for full-time hire for the right candidate. Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm. This is an on-site position, no remote work.

Duties include but are not limited to :

  • Manage billable hours for company attorneys
  • Manage A / R and A / P
  • Process payroll through ADP
  • Manage trust accounts
  • Work extensively with clients
  • Process invoices
  • Keep track of the company's expenses

Requirements :

  • 5+ years' bookkeeping experience working in a Law Firm (especially with personal injury)
  • Advanced QuickBooks skills with generating reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and be organized
  • ADP software and QuickBooks software experience
  • Ability to keep information confidential as you'll be handling settlements, trusts and other important cases
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude

    • Schedule : Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm

    Salary : $35-$45 / hour
