As a pivotal member of our management team you will lead the housekeeping department ensuring our hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction consistent with Hiltons values.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department including cleaning schedules for rooms common areas and conference facilities.
- Recruit train and manage housekeeping staff ensuring all team members are equipped for success.
- Perform quality checks and inspect rooms and public areas to ensure all spaces meet Hiltons rigorous cleanliness standards.
- Manage and maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring budgetary guidelines are met.
- Collaborate with the maintenance department to coordinate room repairs and general upkeep.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints concerning housekeeping service and equipment in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare reports on activity personnel and information such as occupancy cleaning costs and department expenses.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a housekeeping management role ideally within the Hilton family of brands.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.Familiarity with housekeeping standards and cleaning techniques.Proficiency in managing budgets and cost controls.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.We Offer :
