Treasury & Capital Markets Manager

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Treasury & Capital Markets youll lead day-to-day treasury operations liquidity forecasting and lender reporting - partnering closely with Strategic Finance on forecasting and capital planning Accounting on reconciliations and close and Data Science on data pipelines and reporting automation.

Youll use SQL and data tools to build automated reports analyze cash positions and improve visibility into funding flows. Youll also gain exposure to capital markets transactions by supporting modeling diligence and structuring. This opportunity offers significant influence and responsibility for an individual who is actively involved technically proficient and eager to make a substantial contribution to a fast-expanding enterprise.

What Youll Do

Treasury Operations & Liquidity Management

• Own daily cash positioning intercompany funding and short-term funding across entities and bank accounts
• Build and maintain short- and long-term liquidity forecasts with Strategic Finance Accounting and Data Science; investigate and explain variances
• Build and automate treasury and funding reports using SQL; build and maintain dashboards for balances movements yield and covenant metrics
• Optimize interest income and monitor bank fees; recommend improvements to account structure and services
• Maintain strong internal controls reconciliations and documentation rigor
• Administer banking platforms (user access / entitlements) and support account openings closures and KYC updates

Facility Operations & Lender Reporting

Capital Markets (Learn & Support; prior light exposure helpful)

This is a Hybrid position. We work in our centrally located office in downtown Seattle three days a week (M T and Th).

The compensation range for this role is $130000 to $145000. We also offer significant stock options comprehensive benefits a bonus plan commuter benefits and an excellent office space with complimentary drinks and food options.
