Technical Workflow Documentation Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Workflow Documentation Specialist for a temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Microsoft Visio to design workflow diagrams, capable of capturing granular process details, and skilled at translating complex technical information into clear, accessible documentation for non-technical audiences. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Utilize Microsoft Visio to create accurate and visually effective workflow diagrams representing business and technical processes. Develop comprehensive documentation that details each step of the workflow, including inputs, outputs, decision points, and exceptions. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate process information. Translate technical concepts and terminology into clear, concise language suitable for non-technical users. Organize documentation in a logical structure, ensuring ease of navigation and understanding. Review and update documentation as processes evolve or new requirements emerge. Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards for clarity, consistency, and completeness. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Proven experience creating workflow diagrams using Microsoft Visio. Strong technical writing skills with the ability to document complex processes in detail. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. At least 3 years of experience in process analysis or business process documentation. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Familiarity with other documentation tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity or experience with Image processing and fabrication. Familiarity or experience with the Title Industry. Experience in a technical or business process environment. Prior experience in a temporary or contract role is a plus. Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
