Job Summary

The Clinical Outcomes Analyst 2 obtains and analyzes clinical data to identify process improvement opportunities, reviews data and identifies trends, reports findings, inputs analysis into clinical databases for core measures and other related programs and recommends process improvement initiatives that can enhance the quality of patient care for the organization. This position relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performs a variety of tasks, relies on personal judgment to plan and accomplish goals under minimal supervision and may lead / direct the work of others.

Minimum Requirements

Experience -  2 years of related experience

Education - Graduate of an accredited RN program

Licensure - Current Louisiana State Nursing License
