Description :

The RNFA position requires a skilled and experienced registered nurse

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of RN experience, including 3 years as a RNFA

Experience in orthopedic, general, and spine surgeries is essential

The role involves being part of a surgical team, assisting in various procedures

A call requirement includes one day per week and one weekend every eight weeks

Participation in weekend shifts is also expected, averaging one weekend every 8 weeks

The candidate will assist with both inpatient and outpatient procedures

Charting will be conducted using specific electronic systems

The RNFA must also demonstrate proficiency across a range of surgical procedures

This includes but is not limited to arthroscopy, laparoscopic, and spinal surgery

All responsibilities will adhere to strict safety protocols and aseptic techniques

The ability to perform various surgical tasks and assist during operations is crucial

The role requires a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork

Candidates must be prepared to float within medical service lines as needed

Candidate references will be required as part of the qualification process
