job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssumes responsibility for the efficient productive and professional operation of the front office. Greets and welcomes patients for their exams. Works with patients after admission to receive imaging order and completes order entry into the Meditech system. Verifies the diagnosis codes for accuracy. Maintainingnon-clinical supplies and receiving / documenting patient payments. Comfortable working with about 100 patients throughout the day. How youll contribute
A Front Office Representative within our Weight Loss Center who excels in this role :
Schedule : This is a Full Time benefitted position. Working hours are Monday Friday 8am 5pm.
What were looking for
Highschool diploma or equivalent required
Oneyearexperience working in a medical / business office setting with strong customer service.
Knowledge of insurance rules and regulations.
Previous experience working with medical terminology electronic medical records and scheduling systems preferred
