Accounts Payable Specialist – Melbourne, FL (In-person Position)

This is NOT a remote position. In-person only

Full-Time | Schedule Options : 7 : 30 AM–4 : 00 PM, 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM, 8 : 30 AM-5 : 00 PM, or 9 : 00 AM–5 : 30 PM

MedBridge Healthcare is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing ReactDx division at our corporate office in Melbourne, FL. This position is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable who is detail-oriented, organized, and excited about supporting a dynamic healthcare finance team.

MedBridge Healthcare is a leading provider of sleep disorder diagnostic services and therapy solutions. Our ReactDx division specializes in innovative diagnostic technologies, delivering home-based and clinic-based sleep testing and cardiac monitoring solutions that enhance patient outcomes through advanced remote monitoring.

What You’ll Do :

  • Accurately input all accounts payable invoices and ensure proper account coding
  • Obtain required authorizations and ensure timely payments
  • Ensure all invoices match associated purchase orders and receipts (three-way match)
  • Conduct weekly check runs
  • Reconcile company credit card transactions and verify correct account assignment
  • Communicate with vendors and purchasing to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate PO listings
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For :

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and general accounting functions
  • Proficiency in NetSuite or a similar accounting system
  • Strong Excel and data entry skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, methodical, and accurate
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Must pass a background check appropriate for healthcare settings
  • Work Environment & Physical Requirements :

  • Office-based position in a shared space environment
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer
  • Regular lifting of up to 10 pounds
  • Occasional handling of paper file boxes
