POSITION INFORMATION
Responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership to a team of employees as well as cross training. Knowledgeable and responsive to the needs of their customers. Responsible, as team leader, for assisting the Supervisor with organization, delegation, problem-solving and interpersonal communication for and with the team. Under Supervisor direction ensures on-time delivery (OTD), develops / maintains quality systems, and spot checks product to ensure customer satisfaction. Identifies materials issues to meet production rate. May interface with other departments to uphold and enforce the Datalogic Quality Policy, reporting all changes and issues to Supervisor. Maintains required production output at quality level to meet on-time commitments. Understands, follows, and monitors backlog report to meet build schedules that impact productivity, quality, or team performance. Elevates all issues to Supervisor.

Education (School / Specialization) High School Diploma
Primary Languag e Fluent English; written and verbal communication
Experience Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience. Able to read and comprehend written instructions such as method sheets, SOP’s and SDS’s.
OTHER INFORMATION & SPECIFIC SKILLS
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Basic knowledge of company's hardware products and repair procedures. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good organization, time management, communications, and interpersonal skills. Problem solving skill. Analytical thinking. Knowledge of the company’s products and procedures. Experience with SAP, and / or other ERP software preferred.
Equipment and Applications
PCs and various software applications such as, SAP, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. May require experience with line fixture and pneumatic tools, electric and hand tools, pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
General office environment and manufacturing environment. Exposure to hazards associated with manufacturing equipment and tools. Moderate level of stress may occur. Requires walking, standing, sitting, lifting up to 50lbs, reaching, and grasping, and manual dexterity. May be overtime / weekend hours worked.
Compensation Data
Annual Gross Salary Range - $43,680 - $54,080
