Clinical Supervisor

Our Clinical Supervisor is our team leader, providing supportive training and supervision to create real impact.

• Work closely with the Program Director to improve programs and explore new ideas for growth
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and making sure our team stays on track with productivity and goals
• Lead clinical meetings, assign cases, and guide the team through crisis situations when they arise
• Review documentation to keep things timely and high quality
• Liaison for community agencies and Human Services teams

Perks of this role :

$34-$36 / hour

Weekday 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm office / remote position

What we’re looking for :

Licensed as LCSW for 2 years or more

2 years of experience working with the child / adolescent population
