Richmond, VA 2 years onsite every day until trained, then remote half of the time - 2 days onsite, 3 days remote. Works in GIS and database applications which model electric utility distribution systems and fiber optic cables. Requires understanding of functional business processes as they relate to design, construction and operations and working understanding of data analysis.
