About the Role :

Join Latuli Foods LLC as a Chef Tournant, where you'll play a vital role in our dynamic kitchen environment. This position offers the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills across various stations while contributing to our commitment to high-quality, innovative cuisine.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and execute dishes across multiple kitchen stations with precision and creativity.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to ensure a smooth workflow during service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Participate in food tastings and quality control to uphold our culinary standards.
  • Adapt to various kitchen roles and responsibilities as required by the team.

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for food presentation and flavor development.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented demeanor.
  • Food Handler's certification or equivalent is required.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and innovate in the kitchen.
