RN Care Management - Medical

This position supports patients in Elysburg , PA and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $13,000 sign-on bonus during your first year with the first $5,000 being paid out after the first 30 days of employment.

We are looking for compassionate Start of Care nurses with :

RN license in the state you work

Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing

Previous Home Health nursing experience required

One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care

Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
