As the  Associate Wellness Director , you’ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

What Cascade Living and Waterford Grand look for in a Associate Wellness Director LPN :

Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) [or Registered Nurse (RN)]

Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner

Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families

Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day

Experience working with seniors is preferred.

Experience and passion for working with individuals with dementia

Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

Demonstrates empathy and compassion

Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

What you can expect to do as the Associate Wellness Director LPN for Waterford Grand :

Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency

Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines

Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration

Demonstrate organizational skills around time management

Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care

Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention

Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

$80,000 - $90,000 / annually

• Depending on Experience

Assisted Living : Full Time

Sunday - Thursday

Occasional weekend and after hours required

Weekend Availability Required

Memory Care : Full Time

Tuesday - Saturday

Occasional weekend and after hours required

Weekend Availability Required
