Licensed Case Manager Supervisor

A company is looking for a SAIL Case Manager Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Oversees day-to-day operations of the case management team, ensuring high-quality service delivery Facilitates team meetings and provides supervision to review complex cases and support professional development Implements quality assurance measures and conducts audits to ensure compliance with Navy standards Required Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology Current, valid, and unrestricted clinical license for independent practice in relevant fields Two years of full-time clinical experience post-independent licensure or certification At least five years of specialized experience in providing clinical counseling supervision Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
