What You Bring :

1+ year of multifamily leasing experience

High-energy personality focused on resident satisfaction

Strong organizational and communication skills

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or in a team

Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel; Entrata experience a plus

Key Responsibilities :

Drive leasing performance and meet occupancy goals

Conduct leasing tours, implement marketing strategies, and maintain resident communications

Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring office staff

Monitor delinquency and assist with collections

Ensure professional presentation of the community at all times

Maintain accurate rent roll and leasing documentation

Deliver exceptional service by addressing resident requests promptly
