The Creative Facilities Associate position is in direct assistance to our Creative Facilities Manager. This is a technical and hands-on role with experience in IT, facilities, and production equipment management.
General Accountabilities
Studio, Equipment, and Room Resets
Tours when the Creative Concierge needs help
IT Systems Maintenance (CRM, network reliability, software integrations, etc.)
Facilities Management
Facilities Inventory Management (snacks, cleaning supplies, etc.)
Security and Access Management Systems Maintenance
Production Equipment operates and manages A / V and rental equipment
Maintains equipment in working condition
Makes minor adjustments and repairs to equipment
Notifies maintenance personnel when major correction is required
Positions, installs, connects and tests equipment such as cameras, microphones, and amplifiers for networking, classes, and live-stream events

Job Qualifications
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience : 1-2 years of related experience
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
In-depth knowledge of computers and computer software programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel
