Basil Family Dealerships has an immediate opening for an Automotive Office Assistant. This position is the perfect opportunity to grow within the largest family-owned dealer group in WNY.

Position :

  • Automotive Office Assistant Location :   Basil Ford- 1540 Walden Ave.

Cheektowaga, NY 14225 Schedule :

  • Full Time – Monday - Friday Compensation :  Between $18.00-20.00 per hour (based on knowledge, experience, store franchise and volume).

    • Job Responsibilities :

  • Process and file vehicle sale paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with title, registration and DMV documentation.
  • Post vehicle sales, payments, and receipts in the accounting system.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Reconcile daily deposits, handle petty cash, and assist with end-of-month reports.
  • Maintain and organize invoices, and office files.
  • Communicate with sales, service, and parts departments to ensure accurate data entry and paperwork completion.
  • Greet and assist customers and vendors.
  • Order office supplies and support general administrative functions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or needed.

    • Qualifications :

  • Prior dealership office experience required (minimum 1-2 years) Knowledge of dealership management systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Professional written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft office Ability to handle confidential information responsibly High school diploma or equivalent required Must have experience in bookkeeping and costing deals  Valid Driver’s License required ​ for all positions Basil Benefits :   Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays 401k with Employer Match 3 Health insurance plans to choose from Dental Vision Life Insurance Disability Insurance Employee Social Events CLICK HERE for more Basil Dealership career opportunities in WNY!​   The Basil Family Dealerships are a proud EOE.
