WHAT WE OFFER

Occasionally, we may create a short-term or temporary PRN, PRN Respite, on-call / back-up, and Locum Tenens position for the right candidate, when client & regional needs demand unique care solutions. PDNs and Visit Nurses : typical travel radius is 30 minutes + occasional travel up to 1 hour

Job Summary

As a Home Health Nurse , you will be instrumental in coordinating and providing patient care and ensuring optimal outcomes.

Our nurses function as a Caregiver, Teacher, and Advocate; working in partnership with the family, our nursing staff brings a commitment to support and assist with the family in their caregiver role. As a caregiver, the nurse will provide ongoing assessment of our patient's condition response to treatments and developmental progress. As a teacher, the nurse will instruct the family on procedures, medications, safe use of equipment, and compliance with the treatments.

Reports to : Regional Administrator, or Clinical Administrator / Director of Nursing
