How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Design robust infrastructure for SCADA / EMS / ADMS systems, including servers, networks, and cybersecurity
  • Collaborate with vendors to gather technical specs and pricing for solution components
  • Maintain and update system architecture documentation and configurations
  • Lead technical design discussions and ensure alignment with best practices
  • Work cross-functionally with software and hardware teams to integrate components
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Support proposal teams with technical insights and architectural guidance
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your Background

  • Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Several years of experience designing and managing complex systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with product, software, and hardware development lifecycles
  • Highly organized with a structured approach to documentation and technical leadership
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
