Type : Assignment 6+ Months with possibility of extension

About the Role

In this position you will be a Employee Communications Manager in charge of a number of different responsibilities such as developing strategies for internal outreach to employees as well as working with senior leadership to develop communications for internal audiences.

What you will be doing :

• Communication Strategy Development : Design and implement internal communication strategies and initiatives that align with company goals, values, and strategic priorities.
• Content Creation and Curation : Develop and manage engaging, consistent content for internal channels, including company-wide emails, intranet articles, newsletters, presentations, executive communications, announcements, and complex employee education materials.
• All-Hands Meetings & Events : Plan, manage, and execute all-hands meetings and company-wide events, overseeing agenda development, content creation, speaker coordination, and logistics.
• Executive Communications Support : Partner with senior leadership to craft key messages and develop communication materials for internal audiences.
• Change Management Communications : Create and deliver communication strategies that support organizational change, ensuring transparency, alignment, and employee understanding.
• Project Management : Oversee multiple communication projects simultaneously, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Continuously improve workflows and templates to streamline cross-functional collaboration.
