Key Responsibilities Create and produce job postings with guidance from the Recruiting Manager Develop and implement social media recruitment strategies and contribute to sourcing efforts Schedule and track candidate interviews while maintaining accurate candidate information Required Qualifications High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred One (1) year of customer service or support experience Solid knowledge of sourcing tools, especially digital and social media Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday Recruiting experience preferred Ability to adapt to a dynamic and continuously growing environment
