Job Summary :
Minimum Qualifications and Education :
- Ph.D. in industrial / organizational psychology (or expected by August, 2026). Preference to candidates with Ph.D. in hand at the time of application.
- Undergraduate teaching experience in at least a Teaching Assistant capacity with potential to excel in the classroom. Preference to candidates with prior teaching experience as instructor of record.
- Demonstrates a research program focused on human participants and organizational settings that does not require specialized laboratory facilities. Preference to candidates with a history of publication in peer-reviewed journals and a completed dissertation.
- Demonstrates an understanding that a liberal arts education includes a student-centered undergraduate experience.
- Demonstrates ability to effectively educate and mentor a diverse student population. Articulates the ability to create welcoming and supportive learning and working environments that benefit all members of our college community.
