job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPrepare job sites by gathering tools, equipment, and materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including loading and unloading materials from the work vehicle. Perform basic plumbing tasks as directed, such as cutting and threading pipe, digging trenches, fetching parts, and carrying / holding materials. Learn to properly use, clean, and maintain plumbing tools and equipment. Adhere to all company and OSHA safety policies and procedures at all times. Actively participate in all required on-the-job training and formal apprenticeship classes. Ask questions, take notes, and demonstrate a commitment to learning the plumbing trade. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and customers. High school diploma or GED equivalent, must have apprentice license Physical Ability : Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders, stand for long periods, and work in confined spaces or various weather conditions. Punctual, reliable, and possesses a strong work ethic. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the job site / office. Eagerness to learn and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Preferred Prior experience in a construction, labor, or related trade environment. Enrollment or acceptance into a state-approved Apprenticeship Program. Basic understanding of hand and power tools. We are seeking a motivated, hard-working, and dedicated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Plumber.
This role is a vital step toward becoming a licensed Plumber, offering hands-on training, mentorship, and classroom education (as required by local regulations).
The Apprentice will assist licensed plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems while learning the trade's fundamentals, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
