What You Will Do

Supervise one direct report (HRBP located in Portland). Be point of contact for CDC Associates and HR liaison for Managers company wide. Provide guidance to Associates and Managers on interpretations of company policies and programs. Enforce compliance and company policies to minimize risk. Produce, interpret, and communicate HR Analytics and take action. Review timecards, and assist with payroll related activities as needed. Oversee HR rollouts, and projects. Other duties as assigned by HR Director.

What You Will Bring

BA or Master's in Human Resources, preferred. PHR or SPHR certification a plus. 5 to 10 years of HR Leadership experience. 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience. Performance Management experience. High emotional intelligence and broad people agilities. Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and FMLA regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

Hybrid schedule : 4 days in office, 1 remote. Office and warehouse environment. Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk working on a computer and phone. Travel to Portland RDC and North Coast locations as needed. Able to lift 20 pounds at times.

Salary & Compensation

This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime. Pay is $112,000 to $125,000 annually, DOE.
