RN Supervisor – Care Coordination & Staff Oversight

PRIMARY PURPOSE : Supports clinic leadership with managing business and operational functions across ambulatory clinics, including stand-alone multi-specialty community clinics and campus-based specialty clinics. Responsible for supervising business and operations staff, ensuring high performance in key areas such as patient access, registration, productivity, revenue cycle processes, and front-end operational efficiency. Serves as a frontline leader supporting daily operations and the execution of clinic goals.

MINIMUM SPECIFICATION

Education :

• Bachelors degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related discipline preferred.
