Process Engineering Technician

Key responsibilities include preparing records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify machine, performance, or yield problems. Assists in managing the CMMS system to ensure best maintenance and reliability asset practices. Assists with equipment onboarding process and documentation process improvements. Champions CMMS training materials, trains and works with the Training department to have users trained. Handles equipment specification creation and revisions. Enters preventative maintenance procedures, creates job plans, and schedules preventive maintenance to keep equipment in optimal working order. Assists in utilizing diagnostic tools to identify potential equipment problems before they become major issues. Assists with gathering data on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and failure modes to identify trends and areas for improvement. Assists in developing spare part inventories in CMMS. Assists with maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, and reporting on equipment performance and maintenance status. Assists with maintaining documentation tools needed for the Reliability Team and other stakeholders. Conducts regular inspection of production line configuration, equipment, parts, components, and systems to reflect proper CMMS set up. Identifies any signs of wear and tear of equipment identification and replaces it. Monitors, audits, and provides guidance to line operators and ESC Technicians on equipment maintenance and reliability best practices. Assists and performs set up of processing equipment. Assists with testing new equipment. Assists other CMMS users by troubleshooting system issues. Works with operation teams, engineers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to implement and improve equipment reliability and equipment onboarding programs. Familiar with company procedures and industry standards. Works with CMMS Global and Corporate teams to deploy updates in system. Follows escalation procedures. Champions and adheres to all safety regulations and procedures and participating in safety training. Participates in all company training assigned and aligns with business needs with regards technical training.

Typically requires an Associate's Degree in related field or Engineering Tech degree, technical training or equivalent education and training. Successful completion of company provided training may be required. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Often leads the activities or training of other nonexempt personnel. High level communication and efficiently communicates data with stakeholders and others.
