Float RN School 1.1

The 1 : 1 School Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible foroverseeing the implementation of the nursing process and deliveringindividualized student care within the school environment. This role ensuresthat all services are provided in alignment with physician orders and inaccordance with the standards, policies, and philosophy of both the SchoolDistrict and Amergis Healthcare.

Minimum Requirements :

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in state(s) wherepracticing

One year of school nursing experience, preferred

Pediatric experience, preferred

Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice

Current CPR if applicable

TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
